Restaurant Business Plans Fast is owned and managed by Rick Jarnat. He meets with every client and participates in writing all plans. Plans are written based on accepted business standards specifically for the restaurant and hospitality industry.
All plans are written using current business English, proofed, and delivered in presentation binders.
Mr. Jarnat has fifteen years experience writing business plans for restaurants and other businesses; this includes specialized formats required by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

In addition to his business planning activities, Mr. Jarnat is an Adjunct Instructor at the California School of Culinary Arts ( a Le Cordon Bleu school) where he teaches business plan writing and mathematics.
Mr. Jarnat is also the founder and chairman of EDGAR To Go, a firm specializing in the EDGARization and filing of disclosure documents required by the Securities and Exchange Commission of publicly reporting companies.
Mr. Jarnat was a founding member of Securities Compliance Control, LLC. SCC is a firm dedicated to assisting start-ups and newly reorganized companies plan and organize their growth, acquire funding, and develop a viable financial structure.
Mr. Jarnat holds an MBA degree from Loyola Marymount University. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society and the American Institute of Parliamentarians. He is past president of Toastmasters 1398, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting in the improvement of management and public speaking skills. He often speaks before professional groups on the subject of business planning.
